Immunisations for all students in Year 7 will be offered by the Shire of Campaspe Nurse Immunisation Team on the 20th May 2015. The following vaccinations will be administered; Second Dose HPV for Year 7 students and Chickenpox for Year 7 students.
Please ensure your student eats breakfast on Immunisation Day. Vaccinations are given in the upper arm – Please ensure students wear suitable clothing. A record/reaction sheet will be given to each student on completion of vaccination. Please ask your students for this form.
