Echuca College was represented by Maegan and Courtney Johnson and Ms Caitlyn King-Jones as the PS Canberra celebrated one hundred years of operation.   Our students enjoyed a ride on the Canberra and celebrated with morning tea, the College was presented with a plaque to commemorate the event.

In a busy week at the College, we hosted the Northern Rivers Debating competition.  Our teams performed admirably well and the College is extremely proud of all our teams for qualifying for the event.

Over sixty students participated in the Australian Maths Competition at the College last week. The competition enables students to test their skills and be compared with other students from across the nation.

After a busy fortnight of information sessions, our course counselling for 2014 began on Friday with students entering Year 11 next year. Monday the 5th of August sees the process continue for students entering Year 12 2014.  We encourage all students and parents to make an appointment to discuss their students program for 2014 and beyond.
