Wondering what to do with all your leftovers? The Year 12 Food Studies class made meals from leftovers this week. They are looking at food waste and last week cooked a roast (beef, lamb, pork or chicken) and saved a portion of the roast for this week. Some of the delicious offerings include; sheppard’s pie, risotto, steamed pork buns, dumplings and chicken noodle soup.
