The 2017 Echuca College Swimming Sports were a great success, with participation and attendance up on previous years.
The competitive house structure saw plenty of color and house spirit around the pool. The House Spirit award and a free lunch for the house was won by Wharparilla after demonstrating outstanding efforts throughout the day. Jakob Ayres was very entertaining as the Master of Ceremony and Kieran Scurrah kept students moving with his work as DJ. Jack Creed won the best dressed award and was a significant contributor to Wharparilla’s success on the day.
Competition in the pool was tight and a number of records were broken.
