Our VCAL students proudly presented a cheque for $1000 to Echuca Regional Health for our new hospital. Students have been working on a variety of projects all year to raise the money.
The students ran a cafe twice a week, selling barista made coffee and hot chocolate developing their skills whilst working towards their Certificate in Hospitality. The students also provided staff with a fabulous High Tea, which showcased the depth of culinary skills they had developed over the two year program. The presentation and customer service skills demonstrated by the students were outstanding.
Dorothy Maughan was delighted to represent the Make Your Mark committee and accept the cheque on behalf of Echuca Regional Health.
