Parents and students are encouraged to make an appointment to meet with a Course Counsellor to discuss their students program for 2017.   The appointments will enable students, parents and a counsellor to have a conversation in regards to subject selections and possible career paths.  All students must complete their Career Action Plan prior to meeting with a counsellor, this plan helps students to outline their career goals and also records all students qualifications and achievements.

Another useful source of information is Coursesearch, it is a computerised program that allows students to key in proposed VCE subjects. Students can then obtain a printout of relevant tertiary and TAFE courses available to them. Coursesearch is available on the VTAC website (www.vtac.edu.au).

Students should take advantage of any career and course related opportunities that arise, including Open Days. A list is available at www.vtac.edu.au Students will be notified of these on the daily bulletin and on the Echuca College Website.
