Senior Boys
Tom Harris lead the scoring for the second year in a row when he broke away and found the net against Kyabram. Connor Brown was creative in the midfield and Bailey Gray solid in defence. A cracking goal from the edge of the box saw the game end in a one all draw. It was tough going from there with a five goal loss to St Augustine’s and a three goal loss to St Mary’s. MVP – Connor Brown.
Echuca College 1 drew with Kyabram 1. Goal – Tom Harris.

Intermediate Boy.
The Intermediate Boys had a great day with two wins, a draw and a loss by one goal to the eventual champions St Mary’s Nathalia. Cooper Arkinstall showed sublime skills in the midfield and his goal from half way at the start of the second half against St Joseph’s – wrongfully disallowed – was a goal you would travel much further than just interstate to see. Cohen Betts angled strike against St Augustine’s was another highlight. James Whitehead was magnificent as goalkeeper and Matt Hore, Alec Moss and Derek Southern worked tirelessly in defence, until “cramp” took Derek, (and Cohen), down! Luke Pollock was creative in attack and was even bold enough to take a penalty kick off Cooper. Lucky you made that one Luke! MVP – Cooper Arkinstall.
Echuca College 2 defeated St Augustine’s 0. Goals – Cohen Betts & Cooper Arkinstall.
