The National Day of Action Against Bullying and Violence is an opportunity for students, teachers, parents and the whole community to take a stand together against bullying and violence. This annual day provides a focus for schools who want to say Bullying. No way! and to strengthen their everyday messages that bullying and violence at school are not okay at any time.
Echuca College together with 208 Primary and the Echuca Special School celebrated the National Day of Action Against Bullying and Violence by taking a stand and participating in a number of activities. Students from 208 Primary performed a role play in front of all the students whilst Echuca College students read stories from past victims of bullying 25 years on. Holly Davidson from 208 Primary recited a very touching poem about the impact of bullying on a young girl.
