Madeleine Clark-Grundy from the class of 2014 has been awarded an Australian Vocational Student Prize for 2014.  Madeleine completed her VETis Certificate of Beauty through the Echuca College VETis Regional Program and received an award for excellence at the CCLLEN awards in 2014.

The Australian Vocational Student Prize recognizes the achievements of students who completed their senior secondary studies while undertaking vocational education and training while at school or an Australian School-based Apprenticeship.

Offering students vocational education in their secondary schooling is one of the best ways we can help young people navigate the pathway from school to a rewarding career.  These awards promote the benefits of vocational education and reflect Echuca College’s commitment in ensuring students not only have skills for enhanced employment opportunities but also have the skills our employers need and that are central to Australia’s economic growth.
